Palácio de Ferro

This building was constructed by Gustave Eiffel and is dated back to the end of the 1800's. It came to Luanda after the World Exhibition in 1901-1902 where Companhia Comercial de Angola (Commercial Company of Angola) bought it.

In many ways it reminds a lot about Eiffel's other steel constructions in the sense that it is different and quite beautiful. The building has recently been bought by Endiama to build a diamond museum and great changes have already taken place since this photo was taken..
