Pictures of Angola
This picture was taken in Sumbe, a small city south of Luanda (in fact, where
my driver had grown up and still had most of his family). The city had, when I
visited it in 2003, one hotel by the beach, two resturants on the beach, neither
could serve our entire party at once, some kind of official administration
building constructed in Soviet-style architecture and the scene at which the
Miss Angola contest is carried out each year.
Bjornthegreat.com has been tested and is working on most browsers (Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer 6 & 7).
The best result, however, was achieved using Firefox.
